These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vendin website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Vendin provides a utility for finding nearby vending machines. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized means.
Contributions such as adding or updating machines, uploading photos, and leaving reviews are made through the Vendin mobile app. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contributions and must not submit false, misleading, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove contributions that violate these Terms.
Vendin uses your device location to show nearby machines and provide directions. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time through your device settings. Location data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
Vendin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that machine locations, stock, or other details are accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendin and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
